Who We Are / Requirements to Join
MTHS (Maryland Technology Honor Society) is an organization dedicated to facilitating the interaction between students and technology in the world around them. It recognizes academic achievement and is a learning and service organization.
Basic Membership Requirements for Nomination:
- Be a 10th or 11th grade student at RHHS
- Earned a minimum of 3.40 cumulative GPA; All final grades must be a C or better
- Have a strong interest in the practical applications of technology
- Complete application
- Clear disciplinary record and recommendation of a teacher
To Maintain Membership Once Inducted
- Be a 10th, 11th, or 12th grade student at RHHS
- Minimum of 3.40 GPA each marking period and all final course grades much be a C or bette.
- Maintain clear disciplinary record and the highest level of personal, technical, and academic integrity
- Attend at least 80% of all meetings
- Participate in or assist at the Technology Fair in the spring
